yesh! i went running today! so proud of myself. muahahah.
went amk central park to run. din run much la, but there's lots of stairs, up and down slopes, so i guess that resulted the aching of my upper thighs.
my shoes spoilt. while walking home. the soles came off. so paiseh la. but it's really comfortable to jus walk with the cloth part... it's like walking on a piece of sponge. jc helped me take the fallen piece, i think he's embarrassed la. lol. that's his problem.
din rest when i got home. skipping ropes then some abs and triceps exercise. zr helped me find those training methods de! thanks pal! =)
after my slp, went J8 watch devil wears prada. it's kinda good for that title where i think it sucks. it sounds like some bimbotic devil who is out shopping. but it's me who wants to watch it la! i wanna be bimbo lol.
lots of dogs at bishan park. the same old dog running section. small, miniature toy dogs. hyperactive ones. and there's this extremely horny dog lah. chase the terrier like want to rape her lo. then the other dogs came to EITHER rescue or gang bang. a huge fight. cool.
i want a dog. for a male, i'll name it TOBY. as for a female, i'll name it MACY. nice, cute, uncommon names for dogs. love it.
