toa payoh at night.
it's been so long since i've been to toa payoh. nothing much has change. still the same old bustling neighbourhood with the old uncles sitting around chatting. i dragged him to the library to find some books. but he's just too noisy and irritating. lost my mood to slowly choose. ended up he dragged me to the kids section. dang.
he had lots of fun in swensen. simply cant eat ice cream properly. that mischievous playful brat. steal my sandals somemore. now i really begin to wonder whose the mischievous one.
din noe toa payoh got such a nice park! all those chinese ponds. and i saw a terrapin digging hole to lay eggs!!! such a rare sight! but then, the soil is too hard, it din manage to dig deep enough so it stopped and went back to the pond. he said the climate here is too urbanized. not suitable for them to lay eggs. sad.
i badly need to enjoy my april. next month i'll be freaking busy! due to the damn morning shifts i've got.
